CNC Plasma Operator/Press Brake Operator

CNC Plasma/Pressbrake setter operator required for a busy manufacturing facility and applicants must have the following skills,experience and attributes.

Minimum of 3 years experience and an in depth knowledge of operating and setting of plasma cutters and a press brake machine. Applicants must also have the ability to read technical engineering drawings, be enthusiastic, flexible, self motivated and be able to work unsupervised, under their initiative and possess good organisational skills. Knowledge of fabrication and the possession of a counterbalance and overhead gantry crane license would also be advantageous.

Equipment manufacturer training will be given along with a full health and safety induction for the successful applicant. Advertised position is permanent, subject to the completion of a satisfactory thirteen week probationary period and with excellent working conditions and competitive rates of pay.

Experienced Welder/Fabricators required to work in a busy production facility. Applicants will be expected to have some welding/fabricating experience, ideally with MIG/TIG.

Technical Sales Engineer

TBDUK wishes to appoint a high calibre commercially minded Technical Sales Engineer to support the existing sales team headed up by our Managing Director. You will be responsible for selling a wide range of exciting new ground support equipment that includes Electric Tugs, Passenger Boarding Stairs, Toilet & Water Servicing Vehicles and High Lift vehicles to civilian and military customers here in the UK and worldwide.

Previous experience in the Ground Support Equipment sector is highly desirable. You will be used to working under pressure and be able to work under your own initiative to achieve key targets.

The role is based in the UK working closely with the Managing Director but due to our worldwide customer base it will also involve some international travel.
