Picture Above: The highly acclaimed flip up maintenance step in use at Manchester Airport. Available in a range of widths to suit varying Customer needs, this step is ideal for turnaround checks on B737/A319 aircraft and day to day activities on the ramp and in the hangar. Hot on the heels of the highly successful flip up maintenance step now in service at most UK main airports including Gatwick, Stansted and Manchester comes our highly versatile and user friendly oxygen/nitrogen trolley. The purpose designed chassis/cabinet provides safe and easy movement, whilst at the same time complying with latest manual handling regulations. In accordance with our design philosophy of integrating end user feedback into our final designs, our prototypes are currently being rigorously tested by our major civilian and defence customers. On completion of these trials, we are confident of adding to our growing portfolio the most cost effective and compliant bottle trollies available today. 2020 Series Step Fully compliant with the latest CEN regulations, the 2020 series maintenance step is becoming a very familiar site wherever major or minor maintenance is taking place. Recently supplied to TNT Aviation (see below), the range now includes variants with and without self closing gates and heavy duty stabilisers. This series of step is now available with platform heights ranging from 750mm to 4000mm as standard build and is the answer to many day to day access needs particularly in the hangar environment.
