We operate the latest 3D CAD Inventor software and Finite Element Analysis, which can interface with most client systems.
Design Authority
As well as being the Design Authority for our own equipment, we often provide a service to our customers involving us in keeping safe custody of and updates to client owned IP.
When tasked with a complete design project, our engineers compile a comprehensive technical file in line with CE requirements as well as producing comprehensive OMSD manuals and support technical literature.
Unlike many traditional design houses we are capable of offering a fixed price contract for a given project or brief. In our experience this service enables the project manager to have full visibility of costs from the outset.
Our response times are unprecedented within the industry and we ensure complete client satisfaction by constantly reviewing the evolving design throughout the process. Where deemed appropriate we engage with the end user to be certain all aspects of the design are in line with expectations.

As integrated designers and manufacturers ourselves we understand the need for a design package to communicate all the relevant aspects required to ensure seamless manufacture.
A full FEA report can be provided by one of our team of suitably qualified design engineers to complement the design / drawing package, which is fully tiered with the necessary level of detail required including material specifications, parts lists and protective finishes.
