When we bring to life a product through the integrated process of conceptual design, customer CDR and eventually first off manufacture we are always fully mindful that this is only the beginning of the product life cycle.
Spares & In-Service Support
All our equipment is designed for minimum whole life cost enabling us to confidently offer tailored in-service support packages with fixed pricing on day one for up to twenty years of life.
We fully recognise the frustration brought about as a result of the non-utilisation of business critical assets as a result of spares unavailability. We therefore maintain adequate stocks to support all our in-service product and seek to utilise common components across our product portfolio with an aim of same day despatch in 95% of cases.
Spares are available from our central stores in South Wales or from our service centre in Bridgend. Where an engineer is required to carry out site repairs or servicing we can draw on a pool of highly experienced personnel trained and insured to work airside if necessary.
With decades of experience within the GSE sector and the unique Neate Brake product range we can very often source obscure parts, which are seemingly obsolete or not available from the OE manufacturer. Often this can mean visiting customer premises or carrying out extensive research to establish the exact nature of the requirement.
