Health and safety is an integral part of our business and has equal status to other aspects of our business performance. Appropriate financial and physical resources are provided to implement this policy.
We recognise that successful health and safety management can only be achieved with the support and commitment of our employees. All employees are actively encouraged to take ownership of health and safety and become empowered to assist in decision making.
This policy is implemented and maintained across all levels of the organisation.
To assist with implementation we employ a health and safety co-ordinator and have trained first aiders and fire marshals amongst our staff. External advice is obtained where necessary.
Periodic auditing of our health and safety management system is undertaken to ensure continued adequacy and effectiveness.
The Company reviews this policy at least annually and revises it when necessary.
